I started my fitness journey in 2019 with a 30-day fitness challenge and it completely changed my life.
With a bit of professional guidance, it gave me the tools and confidence to work hard and do it on my own.
That is exactly what I hope to offer you as well.

I believe that everything is deeply connected, therefore true vitality can only be achieved when we change the way we relate to food.
Food can either be medicine or it can be poison, depending on the type of relationship we have with our body and the food we eat.
Everything we choose to consume, creates a vibration within our cells.
When we eat in a mindful and intentional way, our cells will respond positively.
Our diet is responsible for 70% of how we look and feel.
My goal is to teach you about nutrition in a comprehensive way and to help you build more confidence with your food choices so you can feel better about how you look.
Together, we will create shopping lists, build simple recipes and design unique meal plans so you have the skills to do it on your own.
This knowledge will help you stay nourished day by day and feed your body and mind with positive energy, so you can truly thrive.
My own journey in healing chronic autoimmunity has given me insight into the many challenges one encounters along the path towards health.
This experience has enabled me to bring a high level of empathy, respect and understanding to each person's unique needs.
I have had many of my own health challenges, mentally and physically, that have taught me so much about wellness and inspired me to teach others.
I am passionate about discovering natural and alternative ways to overcome physical and mental health blocks.
Mental health, lifestyle choices and daily habits are often overlooked aspects of wellness.
However, they are just as important as nutrition and movement in order to achieve lasting results.
My approach to wellness is an integration of all of these aspects - body, mind and soul.
After all, we are so much more than physical beings.
For the last 5 years I have been deeply immersed in education, learning about holistic nutrition, medical herbalism, and personal training.
With over 300 hours supporting people in a clinical setting, I have acquired the necessary skills and experience to show you the way forward and guide you with confidence.
My client success stories reflect my ability to, time after time, help people improve their health and achieve a higher level of life satisfaction.
